A relaxing afternoon of light breath work, gentle movement and sound. Rest and let the vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, chimes and drums wash over you.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation for a class please log in and go to Bookings in your Profile. You may cancel a booking any time up to 2 hours before the scheduled reservation. Cancellations prior to 2 hours before the event will be awarded a credit. No credit or refunds awarded for cancellations with less than 2 hour notice. No credit or refunds for missed classes.
