A gentle, no impact class designed for easeful movement. Ideal for those healing from injury, surgery, trauma, or stress. Beginner friendly. Pre/post natal friendly.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation for a class please log in and go to Bookings in your Profile. You may cancel a booking any time up to 2 hours before the scheduled reservation. Cancellations prior to 2 hours before the event will be awarded a credit. No credit or refunds awarded for cancellations with less than 2 hour notice. No credit or refunds for missed classes.
