GOOD TO KNOW
SCENT-FREE SPACE
Peaceful Warrior Wellness Studio is a scent-free studio. Out of respect for those with allergies and sensitivities, please avoid the use of scented products prior to class. This includes body sprays, deodorants, and perfumes, shampoos, body washes, laundry detergents, and fabric softeners.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring a water bottle, and try not to eat anything heavy an hour and a half before class. Yoga mats and all other equipment is provided; however, you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
MOVE WITH INTENTION
During practice, always move at a pace that is comfortable for you and be respectful towards your body. There are variations for every exercise- please come to me if you have any concerns.
