Class pass policy
All passes have an expiration date.
Flex passes are not sharable.
Flex passes are not transferable.
Class cancellation policy
To cancel your reservation for a class please log in and go to Bookings in your Profile.
You may cancel a booking any time up to 2 hours before the scheduled reservation.
Cancellations prior to 2 hours before the event will be awarded a credit.
No credit or refunds awarded for cancellations with less than 2 hour notice.
No credit or refunds for missed classes.
